Showtime Entertainment is a very professional and experienced DJ service. Rick did a fabulous job making our wedding reception a very memorable evening. The music was great! With a wide-variety of songs, Rick did an excellent job making sure the music was the right "mix" for our guests. The volume control was fantastic. No one complained of having to "scream" to hear each other in conversation. Several people have said our DJ is "the best they've seen and heard"! The bubbles were definitely a success with our youngest guests. Showtime Entertainment is worth every penny! Rick did a great job, was friendly and associated with the crowd very well. Great variety, could read the crowd nicely and knew what to play to keep people on the dance floor and knew when to slow it down. Lighting was nice, impressed with computer equipment and song selection. Thanks again for doing such a wonderful job at our wedding on September 18th. We had a great time! Rick did a wonderful job at our wedding reception. He was extremely professional and played all of the music we asked for. He did a great job reading the crowd and making sure everyone was having a blast. He was very interactive with the crowd and everyone commenting on how great he was. We thought his rates were more than affordable for the service we received. Out of everyone we had to speak to while planning our wedding he was the most polite and helpful person. I will recommend Rick to all of my friends and anyone else I run into that needs a DJ. Guests could sit and talk if they wanted to or get up and dance the volume was perfect. He made requests forms that were very helpful so the guests were not interrupting him while he was taking pictures and he still managed to play all of the requests. We chose a wide-variety of music that would be fun for all ages and he played everything that we asked for in a very well organized way. Rick's equipment was state-of-the-art and set up in a very professional manner. We also chose to have lights, bubbles, and the fog machine for our wedding and he did a great job choosing the perfect times to use them throughout the night. We chose to have Rick take digital pictures for our reception and he did an amazing job capturing all of our memories. He was right in the middle of all of the action not missing one moment for us. I thought the price for Showtime Entertainment was a steal! A lot of my friends have used expensive DJ's and got half of the service. Rick was worth every penny we paid plus more! Rick was professional and polite. He worked with the caterer to keep my reception moving. He offered us helpful suggestions and was open to our suggestions as well. Rick was very respectful and considerate to us and our guests. He played the music we wanted and paid close attention to what our guests were enjoying. He had the music loud enough so people danced but quiet enough so people could carry on a conversation. The service was well worth the money. The music sounded great. The lights were enough to give an effect without being "in your face". We had a bubble machine and everyone loved it. Worth every cent!!! In addition to everything else, I really appreciated you wearing a tux. VERY COOL! NICE TOUCH!!!! Everyone thought you were awesome! My guests said you weren't like other DJs who are cheesey and try to steal the show. They also said you played great music, the volume was perfect, loved the bubbles, loved the lighting, loved that you were dressed up, thought you were polite and considerate. Debbie with Showtime Entertainment was GREAT! I am telling you that she made everything go so smooth! She was wonderful. The music was great, she got the guests up and dancing! She looked so professional. She worked with everyone so well so many people wanted to karaoke she got one started and then everyone wanted to do it. We danced into night and we could not have asked for a better DJ. We are so pleased that we went with Showtime Entertainment, they were so accommodating and affordable. If we ever need a DJ again for anything we will totally go with them, they were great! Thanks so much Debbie! The music was great! She had a very wide-variety of music. I was very pleased with the professional look of Showtime. You provided a memorable wedding dance for both Kris and I. I was very pleased with the music selection. There were always people on the dance floor having a wonderful time. The selection of music was great for all ages. I was very pleased with the price. You worked with us to provide the entertainment we wanted at an affordable price. Overall I felt that Showtime Entertainment was the best option for our wedding dance. The music plays such a large role in the level enjoyment that people have at a reception and I was extremely happy with ours! We had such a great time. It was perfect! Rick did an excellent job coordinating the flow of activities, making announcements, and selecting just the right music for the crowd. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Very professional job, friendly, fun, and affordable! The ice-breakers were fun, wide-variety, enjoyable for all ages. We had request cards and Rick was very accommodating selecting music based on individual requests. From what I could tell, equipment was very state-of-the-art and high quality sound. Bubbles were fun, lighting was perfect. Thanks for all the digital pictures. The pictures and slide show was a nice extra touch enjoyed by all! We did a limited amount of shopping around but from what I can tell, it seemed very reasonable to me and well worth the money. It was very well coordinated, great music, professional, we enjoyed having Rick demonstrate some line dances. Attention to detail right from the beginning! Quick in responding to questions, emails. Liked seeing the feedback from others in your book, and some photos of past events. Liked the forms to complete, getting as much information up front. Nice job on the slide show and coordinating activities. Again, I was very impressed with the attention to detail and making sure he was doing what we had wanted. EXCELLENT! Showtime helped make our wedding and reception the most fun and unforgettable experience a bride could ask for. They were so accommodating, they helped make our reception a reflection of us. Everyone had a blast at the reception, even Clint's grandmas had to tie up their dresses so they could get down! Showtime did a great job of reading our guests and playing the right music to keep everyone dancing and having a great time. The CD of digital photos was a wonderful addition to our wedding memories. Our DJ from Showtime Entertainment made our experience totally worry free. He was always very alert to everything that was going on and very friendly. Everything went so smoothly I just can't say enough how impressed I was with their service. The DJ kept the crowd going all night until we were shut down by the convention center. I received so many compliments from people of all ages on the quality and variety that Showtime Entertainment provided. I will be using their services again. The music that Showtime Entertainment provided kept the audience of all ages involved and entertained. The volume of the music and the organization of songs was perfect in every way. The equipment and the lighting provided by Showtime Entertainment is of the highest quality I have seen provided by a DJ. The Karaoke was a great way to get people going. The way Showtime Entertainment set it up would make anyone comfortable getting up there and singing. Even my eight year old son (who won't even sing around home without getting embarrassed) went out and sang. Showtime Entertainment gave us memories that we will reflect upon the rest of our lives. Showtime Entertainment was a little more than the local DJ's but they just blew them away. People really thought I went all out with the DJ. There really was no comparison. I would never hesitate to pay a little extra for the quality and the service that I received from Showtime Entertainment. Everything was done right. You have so many things to worry about when you are planning an event. If everyone worked like Showtime Entertainment all my planned events would be worry free. Could improve nothing. Perfect. You were so easy to work with and organized before the wedding actually happened that Steve and I had no doubt that you would do a great job! Deb was fun, and the Game show was so much fun for our Wedding Party as well as our guests! Everything was professional-everything we wanted was done to our satisfaction, and we didn't have to worry about it !!! Definitely worth the price we paid!!!! Music was Fun for all ages, and there was just the right amount of ice breaker dances to get everyone involved without being annoying! Everyone we have talked to had a great time dancing to the variety of music! All the music we wanted was played along with guest's requests, and any request that was in doubt (on our no play list) Deb asked us about. The equipment used at our Wedding Reception dance was very high quality, and the sound was just perfect...from the before dinner music, during dinner music, to the get up & dance, dance, dance music! Very impressive! We loved the Personalized request cards- we had added a lot of little unique touches at our wedding that people noticed, and that was one of the many! Price was reasonable for the service provided even though it may have been more expensive than some others in town-we would pay it again!! The music during dinner time was great! I had so many people comment on it. I was pleasantly surprised at how hard she [Debbie] worked to make sure the right music was playing at the right time. She really strived to please. The music was a great level. She knew when to turn it down and when to turn it up. The dance music was fun and a good mix. It was nice to wind down the night with karaoke. The kids LOVED the bubbles and I thought it was a neat touch too. The quality of sound of the music was great. I was worried it might be compensated due to the large facility, but it was great! Karaoke was great. SO many people really loved it. Price was very reasonable for all the services that were offered. It was nice not to have to worry about staying within a time-frame because we had unlimited time. Rick did a wonderful job! He had all of us up and dancing ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! I am still getting compliments and "comments" on the karaoke performances! Thank you for making our reception a night we will never forget! The music selection was perfect! You even got my mom out on the dance floor! And my new mother in law was absolutely thrilled with Rick's Elvis performance!! The equipment was top notch! Everything sounded great! The Karaoke selection was incredible! We had so many people that were ecstatic when they realized we were having it at the reception! We quickly found out exactly who is and isn't talented in our family and friends! The prices I saw were very reasonable. I won my reception entertainment [FREE] from IowaBride.com and I would have paid double afterwards because everything was that well organized! Rick has a great personality and he really made everyone feel at ease while helping with Karaoke and didn't blink an eye when we had to make a couple of changes in the line up order! And including the nick names I gave him when announcing the bridal party was great everyone still talks about that! Everything was wonderful. We were very thrilled with Showtime Entertainment and the entertainment that they provided at our reception. Deb and Rick were both very professional and enjoyable to work with. It made our reception a great end to very memorable and unforgettable day. The music was just what we wanted. It was very organized and flowed together very well. We were able enjoy the music without having it be too overbearing. We felt the equipment and the sound was state-of-the-art. Deb was taking digital pictures of the reception. This was great. We got the CD and many of the pictures were some candid ones that our photographer had not gotten. We felt that the price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Your website was very helpful and packed with great information. Meeting face to face with the clients was great because it really gave the opportunity to get to know each other and gain trust. Overall, we were very pleased with Showtime Entertainment and their services. We had several meetings with Rick and Deb in the months leading up to the event and felt very comfortable with them right off the bat. They were able to know exactly what we wanted and didn't want at our reception. Rick was very professional throughout our consultations and the wedding; also very accommodating to times and places to meet. With a large wedding like ours (460+), we needed a lot of variety to make everyone happy! Rick played the music we requested, the music our guests requested and great stuff in-between! We had a huge reception center, but there were no problems with lack of sound - great mics and speakers. Rick is very easy to work with - easy-going and accommodating. The service we received was very friendly and professional. Our DJ was very accommodating of all our requests for songs, ice breakers, etc. He was flexible and let us decide as we went how long we wanted the event to go. He kept the party going all night getting everyone involved. Everyone from our 4 year old cousin, to our 20 something friends, to our parents and our 79 year old grandfather said the event was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding and couldn't stop talking about it-we believe Showtime Entertainment played a big part in helping make our wedding so special and memorable for everyone! Showtime Entertainment has the best selection of DJ and Karaoke music we have found anywhere we have been in Iowa-we (the bride and groom) have been Karaoke fans for a long time. The great selection of music is one of the reasons we chose Showtime Entertainment for our wedding. The equipment used was of very high quality, good microphones and the music quality was very good. Our young wedding guests especially appreciated the bubbles and could not stop talking about how much fun they were. The karaoke was the main reason we wanted a DJ service, it was great that Showtime included karaoke for the same price we would have paid for just a DJ elsewhere. Showtime offered the most competitive price for the types of service we wanted. We especially liked the fact that Showtime gave us a discount for our event being in March and the fact that we could get unlimited hours for a reasonable price. It was very reassuring to have such an experienced DJ/Karaoke DJ helping make our event so wonderful! High quality event service for both karaoke and DJ. It was awesome!!! Everyone commented on how great the music was and I can honestly say that I have never been to a wedding reception where people were dancing the entire time!! It was a great party! The music was well selected to the different types of people that were at the reception...everyone danced at one point or another which was incredible! It was great... the fog machine was a good feature... we just loved everything! The price was great, too. We had the karaoke with our reception, which is something I would recommend to everyone... it was a hit! All I can say is that it was awesome! The bubbles were great - you played a variety of types of music - everyone enjoyed. Enjoyable, fun for all ages, organized, volume was controlled, requests were taken. We were able to request exactly what we wanted (and didn't want) and they were so polite and helpful - we had a lot of compliments all throughout the night. Great Job, guys! We just wanted to THANK YOU once again for the incredible job you did at our
wedding reception in October. We have had so many compliments on the
entire day, but so many people just keep talking about "the party".
We were one of the first wedding receptions in the new club house, and by far
the biggest, so we were a bit concerned how it would go. You helped to
make the night perfect. Right from the moment we got there, you took
control and left us nothing to worry about. I don't think there was ever a
time where the dance floor wasn't packed. You knew just what music style
to work the
crowd (you got to love those hairbands). Your flexibility from being able
to put requests on at a moments notice, to allowing Jason the opportunity to
perform his famous rendition of the "Humpty Dance", was just the icing
on the cake. DJ's can make or break your night, you made ours! We

Deb displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the night. We had a very small crowd to begin with, but she always played the right music to keep people on the dance floor. She had an ability to read the crowd and her transitions throughout the night were perfect. If I had to do it all over again, I would request her personally. I had several comments from guests on the variety of music that was offered. They all had fun on the dance floor through the night. My family sat towards the back of the room and were glad to still be able to visit with one another even though there was music being played. Every request that was made throughout the night was honored. Lighting for the evening was excellent. I was impressed with the computerized equipment used. Because of the excellent service we received before, during, and after our wedding, I know I would not hesitate to spend the money again. I like that you came to our home and got an idea of what we wanted at our wedding. I enjoyed having everything set up for us before we arrived at the hotel for dinner. It was also reassuring that Deb briefly reviewed details with me when I entered the reception area. When the evening was coming to a close and we only had six people left on the dance floor, Deb added a song she wanted to play to close out the evening. Thanks for the personal touch, Deb. Rick and Showtime Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding reception. He was organized and well prepared. Rick played to the crowd and kept the dancing going all night long. We've had several people ask about Showtime Entertainment to do their future weddings. Showtime Entertainment is reliable and experienced. You can count on getting the service you contracted for, not some high school kid showing up who isn't familiar with the equipment or how to play to the crowd. Thanks Rick! It was everything we expected and more!! We gave Rick a list of specific songs we wanted played at our wedding reception. Every song we asked for was played as requested. Showtime was happy to take requests from our guests and played them in a timely manner. He even taught our guests how to do one of the line dances that no one could remember correctly. Showtime Entertainment was family friendly. All the music was appropriate and the kids loved the bubbles. The lights, sound and fog were great. He provided cordless microphones for the speeches and toast. Showtime Entertainment is definitely worth every penny. You know what you're paying for and you receive everything in the contract. fun, exciting, professional, responsible, experienced, considerate,
entertaining, interactive, smooth-flowing, memorable, unforgettable, affordable,

some!!! They knew what they were doing!!! They had something for
every one. Every one liked every song even if it wasn't something they
usually listen to. We had 60 year old couples dancing swing to Nelly.
There were some people who are usually wallflowers that showed me a different
side when they heard a song they liked. It was cool!! Every one
liked the slide show. Worth every penny. I've been to a few weddings
where they tried to skimp on the DJ with how easy everyone is getting music
these days and those DJs were not even close to the pros these guys [Showtime

Showtime Entertainment did our wedding on 7/19/03. Rick did a great job with selecting the music and was very professional to work with. It was obvious that Rick has lots of experience and can gauge the right type of music to play for the crowd. We've had many wonderful comments about the music at our reception. We knew we had selected the best DJ when the lights came on at midnight and the dance floor was still packed. No one wanted to leave! We found the pre-wedding planner and the song list on the Showtime Entertainment website to be very helpful. Rick played all the songs we requested plus the requests from our guests. The music he played was enjoyable and fun for all ages. The guests really enjoyed the specialty dances, especially the Alligator!! The DJ was great and very professional and got everyone on the dance floor and the service was most reasonable compared to other DJ services and very competitive. The night will be a night most memorable. The karaoke was a great idea and I suggest other parties to do the same it gets everyone loosened up and before you know it everyone is doing it. Rick was the host for our wedding reception on July 11th, 2003. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and organized for the formal introduction, and from that point on it was smooth-flowing, fun and enjoyable for the duration of the evening. Rick was polite and helpful to everyone that evening, and everyone of all ages there experienced an enjoyable and memorable once in a lifetime event! My reception was a little laid back and not as high class as most so things at times had to be improvised and Brian did just that without hesitation. Showtime did a great job of adjusting to our needs throughout the night. As the unpredictable popped up they were able to adjust to keep everything running smoothly. The unlimited time was also an advantage because Showtime helped pace the reception and hold interest throughout the night. The karaoke was a great bonus and Showtime did a good job of making sure it wasn't overdone by mixing in a karaoke song followed by a dance song to keep people involved. volume was just right with a variety of music.

many of our guests commented on how friendly and involved you were.
What we got was affordable and very entertaining for our reception.
We were very pleased! We got
nothing but compliments! As far as
requests, you had everything we could've wanted, including a version of Happy
Birthday, which was a complete surprise for everyone!!!
The equipment was great! The
sound was great and the quality was wonderful.
We were very pleased with the strobe lights, the mirror ball, and the
message board was a nice touch. The
music selection was wonderful, the crowd was encouraged and excited to
participate, the compliments were nothing but great!
Showtime Entertainment will come highly recommended by our whole family.

I
like the way you announced the throwing or the bouquet, garter, dances etc...
The price was definitely right. The
music was great. You played what
the crowd wanted to hear, not what you wanted to play.
The lights and sound were exceptional and the
message board made us feel like we weren't just another gig.
Took requests and played them. I
would recommend Showtime Entertainment to anyone who was planning a party.
The guests all raved about what a great time they had, and wanted to do
