Kamp Karaoke has been in the works for many years, but was finally organized and will be implemented soon by professional DJ and Vocalist Rick A. Ludwig from Waukee, Iowa.

Rick has been singing for over 40 years of his life since he was 4 years of old in his mother's church and has been influenced musically by not only the church, but by the Beach Boys, Beatles, Elvis, Johnny Cash, Elton John, Billy Joel, Neil Diamond and many of today's artists!

Rick has been running karaoke since 1991 and owns one of Iowa's most successful Karaoke companies, Showtime Entertainment. He has done some Kids Karaoke sessions at local restaurants over the years and he felt it was time to give kids a chance to experience Karaoke, learn how to sing and use a microphone properly, have fun and gain self esteem and confidence, while being in front of people while performing.

That's why Kamp Karaoke was formed. There is no overnights or camping at this point in time, but rather a mini-camp to teach basics of singing and give one the chance to perform in a final Kamp Performance what that person has learned in Kamp Karaoke. Kamp Karaoke was originally designed with kids ages 5-14 in mind to give them something to be a part of during the summer when school is out, but plans are to add a Kamp Karaoke for adults in the future! Let us know if you are an interested adult by contacting us today.
