Rick Ludwig is one of the Midwest's best kept secrets when it comes to variety style vocal performance and impersonations of the greatest singers since the 1950s until the present. Rick sings over 130 different songs from over 30 different artists spanning over 50 years and he also impersonates many of these artists with costumes or hilarious props. Rick's incredible 4 octave range (from bass to falsetto) allows him to do almost any song made for a man (and them some). From the Oakridge Boys to Frankie Valli, Rick keeps his audiences on their toes as to what he will sing next.
Rick has performed (sang) at over 3,500 shows from 1990-present, including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, corporate parties, karaoke shows, singing telegrams, senior citizen centers, night clubs, casino shows and even funerals. He began singing in public at a very young age of four in church, performing special numbers. The love for singing has always been in his blood! He is a natural when it comes to singing like the original artists and impersonating their famous moves! Rick has even been compared to the late, great Vegas entertainer/singer/impersonator Danny Gans, by some big fans of Danny's that saw his show several times.
Rick performed Live Vocal Performances at Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino from 1997-2001, whereby he sang a wide variety of mostly oldies, classic country and contemporary songs. He recently performed for a Prairie Meadows VIP celebration party in May 2007 as Elvis Biggs. He has also joined in on jam sessions with a few local bands and performers since 1997.
Rick's favorite artist of all-time is none other than Elvis Presley. He sings Elvis probably the best of all the artists he performs.

Rick hit a homerun with the performance and it was a hit right out of the gate with everyone in attendance! Everybody just loved the performance. Rick performed like a champ.
