If you wish to book us now or get a price quote, there are a few steps to be completed...

 

1.  We can email you a price quote after we have discussed all

of the discounts and add on options that you desire for your event.

2.  If we have your date available, you can print off the following

forms needed when reserving your date...

  - Service Agreement (contract for all events)

- Music Planner (all DJ events)

- Wedding Planner (all DJ - Wedding events)

If you don't have access to a printer, ask us to mail out the forms.

 

3. Once your Service Agreement (contract) is completed, you can mail it along

with a $300 non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date,

or you may pay the entire balance due in advance when booking.

There are three ways to get payment to us:

PAYMENT FORMS

1.  Check made payable to Showtime Entertainment

2.  Money order made payable to Showtime Entertainment

3.  Use a major credit card using PAYPAL

A signed and dated contract must be mailed to us immediately to 

validate it as a legal document, along with your check or money

order if you are using this form of payment.  We will make a copy

of the contract and return to you for your records.

4.  Feel free to schedule a No Pressure, No Commitment and FREE

consultation at any time before your event to meet your DJ and

to discuss details.  You can do this before you book us if you wish.

We recommend no later than one month prior to your event.

 

5.  Planner forms should be mailed back at least to one month

prior to the date of your event so we have time to prepare.

 

6.  Final payment (IN FULL) for balance is due

30 days prior to the date of your event.
